I’m Vanessa, founder of Outside Lead HR Solutions. I work with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to make HR feel more grounded, practical, and human.

What guides my work is a simple belief: when people feel supported and expectations make sense, work gets better. That belief shows up in how I help organizations strengthen their systems, clarify roles, and create workplaces where people want to stay and grow.

When we work together, you get someone who brings sound HR judgment and a deep respect for the people doing the work. I care about structure that holds, clarity that reduces strain, and solutions that fit how organizations actually operate.

Outside of HR, I spend time ballroom dancing. It’s a reminder that good work, like good partnership, depends on rhythm, trust, and knowing when to adjust. That’s how I approach my work too, clear where it needs to be, human where it matters, and always moving forward.
